These terms cover the use of the Louis Digital Solutions website. They are website terms: they are not yet subscription or usage terms for ServiceSeintje or any other future product. Separate terms will be presented before anyone can buy or subscribe to a product.

These terms apply to visiting and using this website. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

The information on this website is general information about the studio and the work made here. Product descriptions, including those of live products, are informational and constitute no offer, no agreement and no guarantee.
4. No commitment on features or launches
Plans, features, indicative pricing and expected launch moments may change or be dropped. No right to a particular feature, price or availability can be derived from this website unless separately agreed in writing.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the website in a way that disrupts its operation, and do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data. Excessive automated requests, misuse and attempted security breaches are not permitted.
6. Intellectual property
The text, design, logo, brand names and other content of this website belong to Louis Digital Solutions, subject to third-party rights in items such as fonts or third-party software. Reproduction or commercial reuse requires prior permission; short quotation with attribution is of course fine.

Louis Digital Solutions is not liable for damage arising from the use of, or reliance on, the general information on this website, to the extent permitted by law. Mandatory statutory rights remain fully in force.
11. Force majeure
If the website is temporarily unavailable or degraded due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as failures at network or hosting providers or power outages, this cannot be attributed to Louis Digital Solutions.
12. Governing law
Dutch law applies to these terms and to the use of this website. If you are a consumer, you retain the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence within the EU. Disputes will be submitted to the competent Dutch court, unless mandatory law designates another court.
