Privacy statement

This statement explains how Louis Digital Solutions handles personal data on this corporate website. The site is deliberately simple: there are no accounts, no payments, no newsletter and no tracking. What follows describes what is still processed, and the rights you have under the GDPR (AVG).

1. Controller

Louis Digital Solutions is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Grondmolen 43, 3352 CB Papendrecht, the Netherlands. KVK number 42089726, VAT NL005488113B38. Email: info@louisdigitalsolutions.com. Telephone: 06 21 59 28 97.

2. Scope

This statement covers this public corporate website only. Products and services, such as ServiceSeintje, have their own privacy documentation appropriate to the data they process; using ServiceSeintje is separate from visiting this website.

3. Data processed

Technical data that the hosting environment necessarily processes when a page is requested: IP address, date and time, the requested URL, the status code and, where sent by your browser, user-agent and device information and the referring page. In addition, correspondence data, but only if you contact the business through a known business channel: your name, your email address or other contact details, and the contents of your message. This website processes no accounts, profiles, payment data, newsletter subscriptions, marketing pixels or tracking and analytics cookies. There is no contact form: contact runs through the email and telephone links on the contact page, so no message data is collected by this website itself.

4. Purposes

Technical data is used to deliver the website and keep it reliable, to investigate faults, and to prevent or limit abuse, attacks and overload. Correspondence data is used only to answer your message and to record any follow-up that results from it.

5. Legal bases

For technical delivery, security and reliability of the website the basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in offering a working and secure website. If you get in touch about a product or a possible collaboration, the basis is steps taken prior to entering into a contract or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), and otherwise again the legitimate interest in being able to answer questions. Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) is used only if an optional processing operation is added later that genuinely relies on it; that operation would be described here first.

6. Data minimisation

No more data is processed than is needed for the purposes above. The website asks for no data that is not necessary and uses no tracking or profiling techniques.

7. Processors and hosting

This website is built, hosted and deployed through Lovable. Where Lovable processes personal data on behalf of Louis Digital Solutions — for example technical data in server or security logs — it acts as a processor, and it may engage subprocessors for hosting and infrastructure. Data processing agreements are put in place as the GDPR requires. Processing is limited to what is technically necessary to deliver and secure the website.

8. International transfers

Where a processor or subprocessor processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, this is only permitted with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses with supplementary measures. Depending on the infrastructure used, such a transfer cannot be ruled out; where it occurs, those safeguards apply.

9. Retention

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes above or than legally required. Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for security, reliability, troubleshooting and the operational requirements of the hosting provider. Correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the matter and to meet applicable administrative or tax obligations.

10. Security

Appropriate technical and organisational measures are taken, including encrypted traffic (HTTPS), restricted access to systems, and keeping the amount of processed data small. For security reasons no details of the specific configuration are published.

11. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification and erasure of your data, to restriction of processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interests and, where applicable, to data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).

12. Privacy contact

For questions about privacy or to exercise your rights, email info@louisdigitalsolutions.com or write to Louis Digital Solutions, Grondmolen 43, 3352 CB Papendrecht, the Netherlands.

13. Changes

This statement may be updated as the website, the services used, or the applicable rules change. The date below shows when the text was last revised.
